High-end maatwerktotaalconcepten Nickel: “Particulieren kunnen bij ons terecht voor eenvoudige standaardoplossingen tot high-end geraffineerde maatwerktotaalconcepten. Zij zijn welkom in de showroom of wij bezoeken de klant op locatie. Elke Piastrelle-specialist is toegewijd om de behoeften van de klant te doorgronden en deze te vertalen naar een verrassend concept. We verkopen immers niet alleen interieuroplossingen, we verkopen oprechte aandacht. In onze overvolle showroom kan de klant alle mogelijkheden ervaren. Dat is soms overweldigend, omdat we graag alles laten zien. Na een rondleiding door de drie verdiepingen tellende showroom vult de enige lege tafel zich met het verhaal van de klant. Dat verhaal zetten we om in een materiaalcollage, tekeningen en een presentatie. We verzorgen de complete inrichting: van vloeren, wanden en lambrisering tot inbouwkasten, verlichting, trappenhuizen, plafonddecoratie en meer.” Internationale topmerken en eigen ontwerpen Piastrelle is al jarenlang dealer van veel A-merken. Voor sanitair en kranen kun je er terecht voor bijvoorbeeld Vola, THG Paris, Luca Sanitair, Sunshower en Bongio. H i g h - e n d c u s t o m c o n c e p t s ‘Private clients come to us for simple, standard solutions to full customised and exclusive all-in concepts,’ explains Nickel. ‘We meet them in our showroom or visit them on location. Each Piastrelle specialist is committed to understanding the client’s needs and translating them into a unique all-in concept. We offer more than just interior solutions, we offer our time and attention. In our full showroom, clients get an immersive experience. This can be overwhelming, but we want to show them everything. After touring all three floors, the only empty table in the showroom begins to fill with snippets of the client's story. We then translate this story into a materials collage, drawings and a presentation.
